Long-term transportation partners for defined coverage areas.
MedicalRide is selecting long-term partners by coverage area, stretcher capability, weekday or weekend availability, responsiveness, compliance, and public service quality.
Approved partners receive priority access to qualified MedicalRide leads by SMS and email. Partner-routed leads are handled through a monthly subscription model instead of the standard 10% completed-ride fee.
From partner lane to completed ride
MedicalRide sends matched requests to approved partners first. You contact the patient, decide whether the ride works, and report the outcome.
Requests come into MedicalRide
MedicalRide receives transportation requests from NGOs, rehabilitation centers, facilities, coordinators, and individuals.
Qualified leads route to you first
When a request matches your approved area, capability, and availability, patient contact details are sent to your email inbox and SMS before lower-priority providers.
You call the patient directly
Your dispatch team calls the patient or coordinator to confirm timing, ride details, pricing, and final arrangements.
You mark the outcome
If you book the ride, mark it booked. If it is not a fit or the patient does not book, mark it not booked so MedicalRide can route it to another provider.
No 10% fee for partner leads
Approved partners use a flat monthly subscription for partner-routed leads instead of the standard 10% completed-ride fee.
A clearer lane for your company
Partner approval gives your company the first opportunity for matching leads in the area and capability you cover.
Your capability in your area
When approved, you become a MedicalRide partner for the selected capability and coverage area. Matching requests land in your email inbox and SMS first.
More qualified requests
Lead volume depends on your area and demand, but partner routing is designed to send matching MedicalRide requests to approved partners before the wider provider list.
Flat subscription, no commission
Partner-routed leads use the monthly subscription fee. MedicalRide does not take the standard 10% completed-ride fee on those partner leads.
Less competition for each lead
If you refuse, miss, or cannot serve a request, MedicalRide can route it to another provider. Until then, your approved partner lane gets the first opportunity.
More visibility for your company
MedicalRide can use your provider profile and company details in relevant coverage-area workflows when matching patients with transportation options.
Check availability in your area and subscription rate
Enter your base ZIP, normal service radius, capability, and availability. Final partner approval is subject to MedicalRide review.
When billing information is added
New providers complete provider details first. Existing enrolled providers sign in to review a prefilled application, then continue to secure card setup. No charge is collected today.
Check your lane first
Providers start with the public lane check so the application is anchored to a ZIP code, radius, capability, and weekday/weekend lane.
Confirm provider details
New providers complete company, coverage, dispatch, compliance, and capability details. Existing enrolled providers sign in and review a prefilled application.
Secure your card for review
The next step opens secure Stripe card setup as part of the partner application. MedicalRide never stores card numbers, and no charge is collected today.
We review and notify you
After submission, the partner lane stays under review. If approved, MedicalRide emails and texts you before billing starts and before partner leads begin routing.
How the subscription fee is determined
The rate depends on the area, capability, weekday or weekend coverage, and how many qualified requests MedicalRide expects to route to an approved partner.
Expected qualified requests
MedicalRide looks at the number of requests we can reasonably route in that area and lane, not just the size of the city.
Existing data and partnerships
We use MedicalRide request history, current demand signals, and existing partnerships with organizations and facilities in certain areas.
Goal: the fee should pay off
The subscription is intended to make sense for the partner. Higher-demand or more specialized lanes may cost more because they can receive more valuable opportunities.
Different areas have different rates because MedicalRide does not expect every market to produce the same number of qualified leads. Your lane check shows the estimated subscription rate for your ZIP code, service radius, capability, and weekday/weekend availability.
Common partner questions
A few practical answers before you apply or continue an existing provider application.
We are already enrolled. How is this different?
Enrollment keeps your company in the MedicalRide provider database. Partner approval gives your company a defined lane for an approved capability and coverage area, with a limited partner pool, less competition for matching leads, and priority routing before the wider provider list. Partner-routed leads are handled through a flat monthly subscription instead of the standard 10% completed-ride fee.
How many requests can MedicalRide send us?
Request volume depends on your area, capability, availability, demand, and MedicalRide's current relationships in that market. We do not promise a fixed number of leads, but we strive to make sure the subscription fee makes sense for approved partners.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel before activation or anytime after approval. There is no long-term commitment.
How can I manage my partnership?
Upon approval, you will receive access to a new Partner Dashboard where you can manage partnership details, notification contacts, service area, capabilities, availability, and subscription status.
Do I need software or an app to work with MedicalRide?
No. MedicalRide routes qualified requests to your email and SMS phone numbers. Your team can call the patient or coordinator directly, then report whether the ride was booked or not booked.
Plain-language subscription terms
The short version of what enrolling means. Read the full Provider Terms for complete details.
- Partner application review can take up to 4 weeks.
- MedicalRide is looking for long-term transportation partners in defined coverage areas. Partner lanes may be limited by coverage area, capability, weekday/weekend availability, service quality, and operational need.
- Payment methods collected during review are not charged immediately.
- By applying, the provider authorizes MedicalRide to activate and bill the selected monthly subscription only if the provider is approved and the provider's assigned coverage lane becomes active.
- MedicalRide will email and/or text approved providers before activation with the selected coverage lane, monthly rate, and first billing date.
- Providers may cancel before activation or anytime after approval. There is no long-term commitment and no minimum subscription term.
- Approved partner subscriptions provide eligibility and priority to receive qualified MedicalRide leads according to coverage area, subscribed lane, provider capability, stated availability, and MedicalRide routing rules.
- Approved partners are expected to respond quickly to MedicalRide-routed requests. When a matching request is sent by SMS or email, the partner should call the patient or coordinator as soon as possible and mark the outcome as booked, not booked, unavailable, or needs follow-up.
- If a partner repeatedly misses requests, fails to update outcomes, responds too slowly, or cannot support the approved coverage lane, MedicalRide may pause, downgrade, waitlist, or reassign the partner lane.
- Partner subscriptions do not guarantee request volume, patient selection, ride completion, revenue, or a specific number of leads.
- Providers remain independent transportation providers and are responsible for licensing, registration, insurance, vehicles, drivers, dispatch, timely lead response, patient communication, pricing, safety, ride completion, and compliance with applicable laws.
- MedicalRide may consider public ratings, complaint history, online reputation, insurance status, vehicle registration, licensing, responsiveness, service quality, and customer feedback when approving, routing, pausing, or removing a partner lane.
- MedicalRide is a request and coordination platform. MedicalRide is not the transportation provider, carrier, broker, insurer, employer, or dispatcher of the provider.
- MedicalRide may decline, pause, waitlist, downgrade, or remove a provider when coverage, documentation, responsiveness, safety, service quality, or compliance does not meet network standards.
- MedicalRide may adjust routing rules, coverage tiers, seat caps, or pricing for future billing periods with notice to affected providers.
- Partner subscription fees are not success fees and are not commissions on completed rides.
- Providers coordinate directly with patients or coordinators after receiving a matched request.
- Free enrolled providers may remain in the MedicalRide network and may continue under the standard 10% completed-ride fee or another disclosed fee model, but priority goes to approved long-term area partners during the subscription period.
