Discovery and matching

Three growth channels, one provider profile.

MedicalRide gives providers public search visibility, routes matching patient ride requests and aggregates relevant broker, facility, contract and partnership opportunities.

Channel 1

Online search presence

Your company appears on eligible MedicalRide pages where patients already search for NEMT providers: city pages, ZIP-area pages, ride-type pages and capability pages. Your phone, website, hours, services and callback option are visible from the listing.

1Patient searches Google, AI search or MedicalRide
2MedicalRide location or ride-type page appears
3Your approved profile is shown inside your service area
4Patient calls, visits your website or requests a callback
  • Appear on eligible pages in your service area
  • Receive an optimized public provider profile that can improve relevant local search visibility
  • Direct calls from patients and caregivers
  • Website link from eligible pages
  • Ride categories shown only where you provide them
  • Hours, pricing and service details visible before patients call
  • Performance tracking for views, calls, website visits and callbacks
Channel 2

Routed ride requests

When a patient requests a ride through MedicalRide.org, the request can be routed to providers that match the pickup area, destination, ride type, equipment and assistance needs.

1Patient submits a ride request on MedicalRide.org
2MedicalRide checks pickup, destination, ride type and mobility needs
3Matched providers receive the request details
4Your team follows up, quotes and books directly with the patient
  • Pickup and destination
  • Requested date and time
  • Ride type
  • Mobility and equipment requirements
  • Stairs and assistance details
  • Patient or caregiver contact information
  • Trip notes
Channel 3

More than individual ride requests

MedicalRide brings relevant opportunities together from broker networks, healthcare facilities, public agencies, community partners and other transportation buyers. Active Members can be matched with recurring routes, contracts, bids and partnership opportunities that fit their coverage area and capabilities, so local growth opportunities are easier to discover in one place.

1MedicalRide identifies a relevant local or regional opportunity
2We compare geography, services, equipment and qualification requirements
3Matching Members can review the opportunity in their dashboard
4Your company decides whether to pursue it and responds directly
  • Broker network onboarding
  • Healthcare facility and discharge-transport relationships
  • Recurring routes and standing transportation needs
  • Public and private bids or contracts
  • Community, referral and partnership opportunities

Availability depends on buyer needs, geography and qualifications. MedicalRide does not guarantee an opportunity, award or contract; each provider reviews the requirements and decides whether to respond.

Across all three channels, the provider remains responsible for qualifications, availability, pricing, communication and service delivery. MedicalRide creates the connection; your company decides what to pursue and runs the work.

How it works

From profile to patient request

1. Build your profile

Company info, service area, capabilities, hours, pricing and contact details.

2. MedicalRide reviews it

Every profile is checked for completeness and accuracy before it goes live.

3. Patients find you or get matched to you

Through directory search or a submitted request.

4. Monitor growth

Use your dashboard to track visibility, patient contacts, website visits and routed requests.

MedicalRide does not operate vehicles, dispatch drivers or set your prices. Each provider runs its own trips.

Provider FAQ

Clear answers before you subscribe

MedicalRide helps patients find suitable providers and routes matching opportunities. Your company decides whether it can serve the trip, sets the fare, communicates directly with the patient and provides the transportation.

How are MedicalRide requests delivered?

Matching requests may be sent by email and SMS and are also available through the provider dashboard. Patients may contact a provider directly by phone, visit its website or request a callback from its MedicalRide listing.

Does a member receive the patient or caregiver contact information?

For requests routed under an active membership, the provider receives the contact information supplied with the request, including a direct phone number when available, so its team can follow up about the transportation inquiry.

Who sets the transportation price?

The provider does. Your company reviews the actual trip requirements, decides whether it is available and gives the patient or caregiver its total fare and material terms. MedicalRide does not set the provider's final customer price.

Are prices shown by MedicalRide binding provider quotes?

No. MedicalRide may publish general planning guidance or estimates, but those figures are not a binding quote from a specific provider. MedicalRide will not represent a specific amount as a provider's rate unless the provider supplied or approved it.

How are requests matched?

MedicalRide compares the pickup, destination, ride type, equipment, stairs, assistance needs, timing and other trip details with each provider's service area, capabilities, hours, distance limits and operating requirements. Providers should keep those profile details current.

How much is MedicalRide membership?

U.S. provider membership starts at USD $25 per month. The exact U.S. area rate is shown before application authorization and secure checkout; when MedicalRide cannot positively verify sufficient recent request activity, the rate remains $25. Canadian membership is CAD $50 per month. Membership is month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time, with no minimum-term commitment.

When is membership payment collected?

The secure checkout collects the first monthly payment when the provider subscribes, and recurring monthly billing continues until cancellation. A completed application activates automatically after payment when the required checks pass; missing items keep access pending. If MedicalRide declines the application, MedicalRide cancels the subscription and refunds the first membership payment.

Are there additional MedicalRide fees for member-routed requests?

Eligible opportunities routed under an active membership are not subject to MedicalRide's standard 10% success fee. There is no MedicalRide setup fee or MedicalRide cancellation fee merely for receiving those included opportunities. Any separate paid service must be clearly disclosed before an additional fee applies.

Can a provider set cancellation or no-show policies?

Yes. A provider may establish its own patient cancellation and no-show terms, provided they are clearly disclosed and applied consistently. MedicalRide's platform and membership terms remain separate.

How are member opportunities prioritized?

Matching is driven primarily by coverage area, pickup and destination, transportation type, equipment and assistance needs, timing and provider availability. Responsiveness and accurate profile information also matter. Participation may be limited in a coverage area, but membership does not guarantee exclusive access to every request.

Does membership guarantee requests or revenue in my area?

No. Activity varies by geography, ride type, timing and patient demand. MedicalRide does not guarantee a minimum number of requests, bookings, completed rides, search positions or revenue. Membership includes routed opportunities and ongoing listing visibility, so some patient contacts may occur directly rather than through a routed request.

What can providers measure?

The provider dashboard and performance reports can show actual profile views, calls, callback requests, website visits and matched requests for the provider account. These results are historical activity, not a promise of future volume.

Search footprint

One profile. Thousands of pages already built around patient search intent.

MedicalRide is not a single listing page with a search box. It is a nationwide NEMT search platform with more than 200,000+ location and ride-type pages built around the searches patients make, such as wheelchair transportation in a city, dialysis transportation near a ZIP code or hospital discharge rides in a local market.

Your profile is placed on eligible pages inside your approved service area and on ride-type pages for the services you confirm. That gives one approved profile a wider search footprint than a single company listing can provide.

Coverage example

Your profile works across your whole coverage area

A wheelchair transportation provider in Plano with an approved 50-mile radius can appear on Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen and Richardson pages, and on wheelchair, dialysis, hospital discharge or bariatric transportation pages wherever those services are part of the approved profile.

Building that kind of location footprint alone takes time, content, indexing and domain authority. Membership gives approved providers access to the MedicalRide search footprint immediately after automatic activation. It does not guarantee rankings, traffic or exclusive access to any market.
