Refund and Cancellation Policy
This page explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for Cruxi Care bookings.
If a ride is not confirmed
Cruxi Care sends payment only after the final ride details are confirmed. If we cannot lock in a provider, you will not be asked to pay for that ride and we will contact you about the next step.
After a provider confirms
Once a provider confirms the ride and you complete payment, provider-specific cancellation and no-show rules may apply. Those details are included in your confirmation whenever available.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a ride, contact support as soon as possible at (646) 379-7158. We will work with the provider and let you know what fees or restrictions apply.
