Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does MedicalRide automatically publish every submission?

No. Submissions enter a verification queue. MedicalRide reviews the organization, source, dates, geography, requirements, and provider fit before publication or distribution.

Who can submit an opportunity?

Authorized representatives of brokers, health plans, facilities, public agencies, community organizations, prime contractors, and other organizations with a legitimate provider need.

Which providers receive an opportunity?

Only providers that appear relevant based on geography, capabilities, requirements, profile data, and membership access. A match is not an award or guarantee.

Can an organization keep its identity private?

Yes. You can request that identity be withheld from provider-facing cards until you review interested providers. MedicalRide still needs the organization details for verification.

Is there a fee to submit?

There is no submission fee. MedicalRide may reject, pause, close, or request clarification for incomplete, unverifiable, duplicate, expired, or inappropriate listings.
