Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Cruxi Care. Cruxi Care coordinates private-pay transportation booking requests with independent transportation providers. Transportation services are provided by those independent providers, not by Cruxi Care.
Platform role
Cruxi Care is a coordination platform. We collect trip details, present pricing, coordinate with independent providers to confirm a ride, and send a payment link once the final ride details are ready. We are not an ambulance company, a medical provider, or the transportation carrier.
Booking and confirmation
Cruxi Care first confirms the provider, dispatch, and trip details. We then send those confirmed details together with a payment link. A ride is considered confirmed only after payment is completed and Cruxi Care has sent the final confirmation details.
Provider responsibility
Independent providers remain responsible for drivers, vehicles, licensing, insurance, safety, pricing, route execution, and ride completion. Provider-specific rules, including cancellation policies and vehicle limitations, may apply to each ride.
Private-pay only
Cruxi Care focuses on private-pay transportation. We do not bill insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare on your behalf through this flow.
Emergency use
This service is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately.
