Quote terms
How Canada quote requests work
When a matching Canada request comes in, MedicalRide sends a secure request link. You review the trip and submit your total customer-facing price in CAD plus the dispatch phone the customer should call if they choose you. Payment timing, cancellation terms, vehicle, and notes are helpful but secondary.
Patients can review your CAD quote and select your company from the secure MedicalRide page. MedicalRide does not collect a patient deposit for Canada get-quotes requests.
For active or complimentary MedicalRide member-routed Canada requests, no MedicalRide success fee applies. Your company collects the agreed ride amount directly according to the payment policy you disclose in your quote.
If a non-member Canada provider books a MedicalRide-routed request, MedicalRide may bill a 10% success fee in CAD based on the agreed customer price. No fee is owed when the patient does not book with your company.
By submitting the membership application, your company confirms these Canada marketplace terms and understands that accepted quotes must be fulfilled according to the price, dispatch contact, payment instructions, and operational terms you submit.
