Join MedicalRide as a Canada patient transport provider

MedicalRide is opening Canada quote requests for private-pay patient transport. This short form collects the routing essentials: where you operate, which vehicles and transfer capabilities you have, which trip types you accept, when dispatch is available, and how we should reach you.

No pricing sheet is required for Canada enrollment. Providers submit their customer-facing price in CAD when an actual request link is sent.

How Canada quote requests work

You quote each request

When a matching Canada request comes in, MedicalRide sends a secure request link. You review the trip and submit your total customer-facing price in CAD, including taxes, fees, crew level, payment timing, cancellation terms, and dispatch notes.

Customer confirms through MedicalRide

If the customer accepts your quote, MedicalRide charges the customer a 10% deposit in CAD. MedicalRide keeps that 10% as the marketplace coordination fee.

You collect the remaining balance

You charge the remaining 90% directly from the customer at pickup or before dispatch, depending on the payment policy you disclose in your quote.

No charge when not booked

If the customer does not accept your quote, no MedicalRide fee is owed. Enrollment does not guarantee request volume or exclusivity.

By submitting the enrollment form, your company confirms these Canada marketplace terms and understands that accepted quotes must be fulfilled according to the price, timing, vehicle type, payment instructions, and operational terms you submit.
