Advertise to NEMT Providers
Reach NEMT companies while they’re actively receiving ride opportunities.
MedicalRide connects transportation providers with real ride requests across the United States. We also work with companies offering products and services that help NEMT businesses grow.
Selected advertising partners can place a relevant sponsored message within provider communications, reaching businesses by geography and service area.

Our provider reach
A focused audience. Real provider activity.
Approximate figures based on the recent 30-day period ending October 1, 2026. Activity varies. “Sent” means accepted by our email service—not guaranteed inbox placement or an open. We do not track email opens.
Advertising that provides value
Give providers a reason to explore your offer.
We strongly encourage a special benefit for MedicalRide providers: preferred pricing, a free or extended trial, waived setup fees, credits, a consultation or fleet review, financing benefits, or complimentary upgrades.
Illustrative offers, not active promotions. A clear, useful benefit makes a stronger proposal.
Where your advertisement appears
A useful message, in relevant context.
Sponsored messages can appear within relevant provider communications. They remain separate from the ride request and are clearly identified as sponsored.
Save 20% on NEMT dispatch software
MedicalRide providers receive 20% off their first year with Example Dispatch.
Scheduling, routing, billing and driver management designed for NEMT fleets.
Claim MedicalRide OfferExample only. The final message, placement and distribution are agreed before launch.
Reach the providers that matter
Nationwide—or the markets you serve.
You do not necessarily need a nationwide campaign. Propose specific states, groups of states, geographic markets or relevant provider segments where data is available.
Track your campaign
Agree on reporting. See your distribution.
Before launch, we agree on the available campaign reporting. Depending on setup, it may include:
- Emails successfully sent
- Unique NEMT companies reached
- Provider business names and geography
- Campaign activity
- Clicks or leads, where specifically configured
Reporting is agreed for each campaign. We do not supply personal provider contact details or report email-open rates. Advertising metrics are not guaranteed outcomes.

Clear answers
Frequently asked questions
What type of businesses can advertise?
Companies offering products or services useful to NEMT operators, medical transportation companies and related businesses. Insurance, software, vehicles, financing, fleet technology, equipment, billing, credentialing, recruiting and marketing are all relevant. If you are unsure, submit your proposal for review.
Do you have fixed advertising prices?
Not currently. Tell us what you want to advertise, which markets you serve, what you can offer MedicalRide providers and the commercial arrangement you propose. We review sponsorship, campaign, lead-based and partnership models.
Do I need to provide a special offer?
It is strongly encouraged. A provider-specific discount, trial, account credit, waived fee or other useful benefit gives providers a clear reason to explore your offer.
Can I advertise only in certain states?
Yes. Specify the states or markets you serve. MedicalRide may limit an agreed campaign to relevant provider communications where targeting data is available.
Can I advertise nationwide?
Yes. Companies serving NEMT providers nationwide can propose nationwide campaigns.
How will I know whether my advertisements are being sent?
We agree on distribution reporting before a campaign starts. Reporting may include successfully sent emails, unique provider businesses reached and geographic distribution. Available metrics depend on the agreed campaign setup. There is no advertiser dashboard at the proposal stage.
Can I see which NEMT companies received my advertisement?
Business-name reporting can be discussed as part of your campaign setup. Personal provider contact details are not supplied through advertiser reporting.
Do you track email opens?
No. MedicalRide currently does not use email-open tracking or report open rates. Successfully sent means accepted by our email delivery service—not proof of inbox placement, viewing or opening.
Do you track clicks?
Click or lead reporting may be available when specifically configured and agreed for a campaign. Available metrics depend on the format; standard provider outreach does not currently track opens or clicks.
Can you provide leads instead of just advertising?
Potentially. Propose a pay-per-qualified-lead or hybrid arrangement and describe what a qualified lead would mean for your business.
Can we propose a revenue-share or referral arrangement?
Yes. MedicalRide can review referral, revenue-sharing and other partnership proposals where appropriate and useful to NEMT providers. Any arrangement needs separate agreement before activation.
Will my company be the only advertiser in its category?
Not automatically. MedicalRide may limit availability by category or geography, but campaign submission or approval does not imply exclusivity unless agreed in writing.
Can we request exclusivity?
Yes. Include category or geographic exclusivity in your proposal. We will review it against the proposed arrangement and available inventory.
Can MedicalRide help create the advertisement?
Yes. Submit your key message, provider benefit and preferred call to action. We can work with you to adapt an agreed placement to provider communications while preserving the substance of your offer.
Are advertisements clearly identified?
Yes. Sponsored content must be identified as advertising or sponsored placement and remain distinct from the underlying ride-request information.
Does submitting an offer guarantee acceptance?
No. MedicalRide may accept, decline or request modifications based on relevance, provider benefit, geographic compatibility, available inventory and suitability. No advertisement is published automatically from this form.
