Your company

Who should MedicalRide contact about home-care opportunities?

For independent care companies

Private-pay requests that fit your operation

Families may need help after a hospital stay, surgery, illness, or another transition home. Tell us your base ZIP, usual travel radius, and actual services so your company can be considered for relevant opportunities after review. You remain free to decline any request.

Post-hospital and post-surgery

Help settling in, short-term recovery support, and assistance after a facility discharge.

Companion and personal care

Company, daily-living assistance, and caregiver support within the provider’s permitted scope.

Overnight and multi-day care

Longer care blocks when a family needs support beyond the first few hours.

Home health aide and nursing

Aide or licensed nursing services only where the company is qualified and authorized.

How home-care opportunities work

  1. 01

    Create your profile

Tell us your business contact, U.S. operating-base ZIP code, usual service radius, and the care your company provides.

  2. 02

    We review the details

MedicalRide checks the information before approving a company for referral outreach. Enrollment alone does not activate referrals.

  3. 03

    Review each opportunity

An approved company can decide whether to pursue a matching private-pay request. The exact one-time fee is shown before it accepts a fee-bearing referral.

  4. 04

    Speak with the family

Your team assesses the needs, availability, permitted scope, staffing, and price directly with the patient or their representative.

MedicalRide connects families with independent providers; it does not employ caregivers, supervise clinical work, or determine which care is appropriate. Providers are responsible for their own credentials, lawful scope, staffing, pricing, and agreements with clients.

Home care and transportation are different networks

Some families need a ride home and support after arrival. Home-care enrollment does not enroll your business as a transportation provider. Explore the hospital-to-home care guide, post-surgery care, recovery concierge, and private nursing to see the different patient needs. Companies offering rides can separately review transportation provider membership.

Questions before joining

Is there a monthly enrollment charge?

No. The home-care provider network has no monthly enrollment fee. A referral can carry a one-time success fee, disclosed before you choose to pursue it.

Do we have to take every request?

No. Your company decides whether each opportunity is appropriate and whether it has capacity.

Who sets the care price?

Your company does. MedicalRide does not set your hourly rate or your agreement with the client.

When is a MedicalRide fee due?

The disclosed fee applies only if the MedicalRide-introduced client begins an initial paid service booking with your company. Receiving or discussing a request alone does not create a fee.

Is this transportation provider membership?

No. The home-care network is separate from MedicalRide’s non-emergency medical transportation provider membership.
