We understand plans change, so our cancellation policy is as follows: 100% Refund – If canceled at least 24 hours before pickup time 50% Refund – If canceled 2–3 hours before pickup No Refund – If canceled after driver has arrived on location Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
