Cancellation & No‑Show Policy To ensure reliable transportation for all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or schedule change. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled trip cost. If the driver arrives and the passenger is not available, not ready, or refuses transport, this will be considered a no‑show, and a fee of up to 100% of the trip cost may apply.
