Trips canceled with 48 hours notice from the trip time are fully refundable. Trips canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are eligible for either a 50% refund or the trip can be rescheduled. Please note all rescheduled trips are applied as an credit and must be used within the same calendar year. Once a driver is en route or on-site for the scheduled transport, the entire trip is non-refundable. By continuing with your booking you agree to these terms and conditions.
