Review the details
See the pickup area, delivery area, timing, item category, handling needs, estimated customer price, and estimated MedicalRide fee before contact is revealed.

Call or decline
Click Call requester / reveal contact if you want to contact the requester. Otherwise click Decline.

Reply BOOKED
If the requester confirms the job, reply BOOKED or mark it booked in the request link.
When you click Call requester / reveal contact, we treat that as your intent to contact the requester and try to book the job. If the requester confirms, reply BOOKED or mark the request as booked. If we do not receive BOOKED within the confirmation window, MedicalRide may continue routing the request to other qualified providers so the requester is not left waiting.

Fees and invoicing
There is no upfront fee to enroll. MedicalRide charges a success fee only when a MedicalRide request becomes a booked job. Each request link shows the estimated MedicalRide fee before contact details are revealed.
One-time courier job
15% success fee, $15 minimum
STAT / urgent courier job
15% success fee, $25 minimum
Recurring pickup route
10% of first 30 days route revenue, $50 minimum, $500 cap

Invoice rule
If you mark the job BOOKED and enter the final customer price, MedicalRide invoices based on the final price. If no final price is entered, MedicalRide may invoice based on the estimate shown in the request link.
Example
If the estimated customer price is $150 for a STAT request, the estimated MedicalRide fee is $25. If the final price is different, the invoice can be adjusted.

MedicalRide Courier routes requests based on the capabilities you select during enrollment. This helps send routine, STAT, recurring, backup, specialty, temperature-controlled, chain-of-custody, and specialist requests only to providers who say they can handle them.

When contact is revealed, the future workflow should record providerId, requestId, contactRevealedAt, estimatedCustomerPrice, and estimatedMedicalRideFee. When BOOKED is marked, it should collect finalCustomerPrice, scheduledPickupTime, and notes, then prepare a MedicalRide Courier success-fee invoice.

MedicalRide Courier coordinates request routing. Each provider remains responsible for licensing, staff training, insurance, equipment, packaging acceptance, handling procedures, pricing accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws.
