What if my order cannot be fulfilled?+

If your order cannot be fulfilled, your MedicalRide deposit is refunded or credited to another booking.

What if I cancel before delivery is scheduled?+

You may cancel before delivery is scheduled and receive a refund of your deposit.

What if I cancel after delivery is scheduled?+

The deposit may become a coordination fee. If delivery is already in progress, additional delivery or cancellation charges may apply.

What if the equipment arrives late?+

MedicalRide will help update the delivery window. If delivery cannot happen within the booked window, we will help reschedule or cancel/refund according to the order status.

What if the equipment is dirty or not in working condition?+

Do not accept equipment that appears unsafe, unclean, or unusable. Contact MedicalRide immediately so it can be addressed, replaced, or cancelled.

What if the equipment is wrong for the patient?+

Contact MedicalRide as soon as possible. We will help with next steps, but customers are responsible for providing accurate patient weight, access, and equipment need information.

What if the equipment breaks during normal use?+

Reasonable repair, replacement, or support is included for equipment issues during normal use.

What if the equipment is damaged, lost, misused, or contaminated?+

Additional fees may apply under the rental terms for damage, loss, theft, misuse, contamination, or unsafe use.

Can I extend the rental?+

Yes. Rentals renew on the selected term unless pickup is scheduled before the renewal date.

How do I stop renewal?+

Schedule pickup before the next renewal date from your MedicalRide order page or by contacting support.

Is pickup included?+

Pickup is included when stated in the confirmed order. Extra pickup attempts, missed pickup appointments, or unusual access issues may cost extra.

Will I get a brand-new item?+

Usually no. Rental equipment is typically reused rental inventory, but it should be cleaned, inspected, and working.

Who provides the equipment?+

A local medical equipment company provides the equipment, delivery, setup, pickup, and equipment support.

Does MedicalRide provide medical advice?+

No. MedicalRide helps book equipment rental. Ask your clinician or care team if you are unsure what equipment is appropriate.

Are oxygen, CPAP, or prescription items included?+

Not in the standard online booking flow. Some items may require prescription, insurance authorization, or separate clinical review.

MedicalRide Equipment helps book home medical equipment delivery. The local equipment company is responsible for condition, cleaning, sanitation, delivery, setup, pickup, instructions, and applicable licensing/insurance. MedicalRide does not provide medical advice.
